Return Policy

We know you will be pleased with our high quality, machine washable dress up clothing. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with our items or find any defective clothing, My Cute Dressups return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Defective Items: Please send the defective item back to us within 30 days of purchase via USPS First Class mail and we will refund up to the total of your order. Items sent any other way other than USPS will not be refunded. If you would like a replacement of the same item of the same size it will be sent to you via USPS at our cost. Please email us at info@mycutedressups for an RMA number before you send your item. The address for defective items is PO Box 2136, Orem, UT 84059.
2. Exchanges: If you order the wrong size, please email us at info@mycutedressups.com for an RMA number. Then send your unused item (at your cost) within 30 days of order with tags attached and in new condition to us at PO Box 2136, Orem, UT 84059 and we will exchange it for the same item of a different size and send it back to you at our cost via USPS. Please write "Exchange" on the packing slip/receipt and the alternate size you would prefer. If you do not have the packing slip, you may write or type your name and address on any paper with the proper size visible. If you have any questions, please email us.
3. Returns: At this time, we do not allow returns, but allow size exchanges only. No exchanges on clearance items.
